It took me a while to start writing this review because I couldn't think of enough superlatives to describe my experience with them and their craftsmanship.

I'm a Real Estate Professional working with amazing sellers. Unfortunately after the home inspections, it was determined that some mold was found which would require remediation and then restoration. The remediation was simple enough...remove and dispose of contaminated materials. The restoration process was what was causing my nightmares.

After the remediation was completed and retesting was complete, I met Terry at the jobsite so he could do his walk through. This was the time for him to see just how much work would need to be done and the condition of the items that were to be put back into the home. I was extremely concerned for my sellers and thinking they would basically have to have an entire new kitchen built at a huge cost. There were cabinets, counter tops and trim items all about inside the house. Terry immediately put me at ease by explaining the process to me, and telling me "this is what we do". I left the property that day feeling confident that the work would be done professionally and that the finished product would look as close to the original aesthetic as possible.

During the process Drew, Terry's son and primary contact, was on top of every detail. His communications during the work were swift, informative, and extremely helpful. A lot of contractors get a bad rap for not responding to clients in a timely manner....TD would be considered the exception.

When it came time for the final walk through after all the work was complete, I was blown away by how great the place looked. Everything came out fantastic, some areas were even better than they were before the process. They were even able to match paint, flawlessly, without even having a reference to the original specs. The crew was always professional and the level of craftsmanship they displayed was top notch.
